Marinated Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage, chopped coarsely
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 pepper, chopped
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Bring vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt and mustard to a boil.
    Add 1 cup vegetable oil while hot.
    Pour over
    cabbage mixture. Refrigerate after cools.
    Better to let marinate a day or two.
