Cranberry Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded white cabbage
    1 1/2 tsp. honey
    1/4 tsp. ground marjoram
    1 c. frozen cranberries, no sugar added, partially thawed
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1/2 c. grapefruit juice
    1/2 tsp. ground anise seed
    1 small apple
Preparation
    Combine cabbage and carrot in a large bowl.
    Combine grapefruit juice, honey and spices for dressing.
    Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
    Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
    When ready to serve, grate apple and add to salad with cranberries.
    Makes 3 servings; 105 calories and 1 g fat.
