Lemon Party Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon pudding (cooked type)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    4 egg yolks
    2 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. each: lemon juice and butter
Preparation
    In a saucepan mix lemon pudding, sugar and 1/2 cup water. Blend in egg yolks, 2 1/2 cups of water and cook as directed on pudding box.
    Blend in lemon juice and butter.
    Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
    Pour into cooled, baked 10-inch pie shell.
