Briciole Stuffed Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. briciole steak
    1 pkg. mushroom Stove Top stuffing mix
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Prepare stuffing according to package.
    Lay steak flat and spread stuffing on top.
    Combine cheeses and sprinkle on top of stuffing.
    Top with mushrooms.
