Muffuletta Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. finely packed, chopped green olives (not in vinegar)
1 stick chopped celery
1 medium chopped onion
8 large chopped black olives
35 well drained, chopped capers
1 1/2 large cloves garlic
1/2 (short cup) olive oil (virgin)
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 fresh basil leaves
Preparation

Mix well and marinate for 24 hours.
Keep refrigerated.
