Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. instant rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 envelope dry onion mix
    1 frying chicken
Preparation
    Grease a large 8 x 13-inch dish.
    Place instant rice in first. Heat soups and milk and pour over rice.
    Lay chicken over that mixture.
    Sprinkle the dry onion mix over the chicken.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
