Dick'S Chicken Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, mashed
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 can tomato sauce
1 can green chilies (7 oz.)
1 can chili beans
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
dash of Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Saute onions and garlic in margarine.
Add chicken and all other ingredients.
Cook until hot, then simmer on low at least 40 minutes so spices can meld.
Serve over rice or with tortilla chips.
