"Tootsie'S" Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
4 eggs
2 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Preparation

Put everything in bowl in order given.
Beat until thick and creamy, about 10 minutes.
Put in tube pan.
Place in cold oven. Turn heat to 350\u00b0.
When it reaches temperature, bake for 40 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
