Buttery Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 - 8 small chicken breasts
2 packages of Saltine crackers, crushed fine
1 Tbsp. Season Salt
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs
1 stick of butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and melt the stick of butter and pour it into the pan.
Beat the eggs in one bowl and combine the crackers, season salt, garlic powder and black pepper in another bowl.
Dip the chicken breast into the eggs first and then coat it very well with the cracker mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes, turn the breasts over and bake for another 30 minutes.
The chicken will be buttery, crunchy and delicious.
