Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) pkg. wheat bran flakes cereal
5 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine cereal, flour, sugar, soda and salt in large bowl. Make well in center of dry mixture.
Add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Mix just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
Store mix in covered bowl in refrigerator until ready to bake.
