Sugarless Double Raisin Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients in a large bowl with a fork. In a small bowl, beat egg slightly with a fork. Blend in buttermilk and oil.
    Stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened.
    Pack batter into greased loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Cool before removing from pan.
