Creole Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. pink eye purple hull peas
2 cans or 1 qt. canned tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 bay leaves
Preparation

Cook peas as usual.
Mix all together and cook until bell pepper and onion are tender.
