Noodle And Spinach Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. medium noodles, cooked and drained
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) chopped spinach, defrosted
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    fine breadcrumbs to coat pan
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in 1/2 cup butter until tender.
    Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
    Butter and crumb a 2-quart ring mold.
    Place mixture in mold, cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven, loosen sides by running a knife along the edge and invert immediately on a platter.
    Fill center with whole mushrooms that were sauteed in butter.
    Serves 8.
