Meat Loaf Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 1/2 oz. beef gravy
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 c. small bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    5 refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup gravy with hamburg, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and pepper; mix together.
    Shape into loaf and place in baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Separate rolls; place them over top and sides of meat loaf, overlapping slightly.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
    Meanwhile heat remaining gravy to serve with loaf.
