Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 2/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk (25.6 oz. pkg.)
    1 (6 oz.) jar powdered nondairy creamer
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can instant cocoa
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Store in an airtight container.
    Add 3 heaping tablespoons of mix to 1 cup of hot water.
    Stir.
    Makes a large quantity or make only half of recipe.
    Keeps well.
