Yummy Sausage Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage or Polish kielbasa, etc.
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. raw rice
    3 1/2 c. fresh vegetables like: chopped onion, broccoli, green pepper, sliced carrots, mushrooms, whatever you like
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    seasonings like: salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, ginger to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions and keep warm. Saute vegetables in oil until crisp and tender.
    Add sausage and season to taste.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Mix in 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese and serve immediately over the warm rice.
    Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
