Easy Bake Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 large onion, cut in small chunks
    1 clove garlic, split
    salt and pepper
    celery seed
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut unpeeled potatoes in 1 1/2-inch chunks.
    Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan with onion chunks tucked in between. Melt margarine with garlic halves.
    Remove garlic; drizzle over potatoes.
    Sprinkle layer with salt, pepper and celery seed.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Remove foil, sprinkle with paprika and continue baking for about 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
