Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 - 16 oz. pkg. sauerkraut, drained
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 C. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Put chicken in a greased 9x13 pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place drained kraut over chicken and top with Swiss cheese.
    Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Serves:
