Old-Time Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. oleo
3 rounded Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Cream butter (oleo) and sugar; add flour.
Stir in eggs, mixing well.
Add buttermilk, vanilla and nutmeg.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Allow to cool before cutting.
