Corn Fritters (Pan-Fried) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. cooked corn
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. fat, melted
Preparation
-
Mix and beat 2 minutes; pour batter from a spoon into a frying pan in which melted fat has been placed.
Turn fritters and cook 5 minutes.
Drain and sprinkle with sugar, then serve.
