Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Irish potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 to 3 Tbsp. dried herbs of your choice
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes if skin is tough, otherwise just scrub and rinse them.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through. Put potatoes into baking dish, placing them in slight fan shape. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
    Sprinkle with herbs. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned, cheese is melted and potatoes are soft inside.
