Chicken A La Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cut into chunks
    1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    grated sharp cheese
    corn chips
Preparation
    Combine enchilada sauce, soup, chopped onion and garlic salt. Put a thin layer of corn chips on the bottom of a greased 1-quart baking dish. Add a layer of chopped chicken.
    Add another thin layer of corn chips and another layer of chicken. Cover with sauce. Top with cheese. Bake approximately 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Leftover chicken can be substituted for the chicken breasts and would be a good way to use leftovers.
