Chicken And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. spinach, thawed and drained
    4 boneless, skinless breasts, halved
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. green onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    4 oz. boiled ham, sliced and diced
Preparation
    Bread cutlets in crumbs and cheese.
    Lay in baking dish. (Save leftover crumbs.)
    Melt butter and saute onion until tender. Mix in flour, then pour milk in all at once.
    Cook (stirring) until bubbly.
    Cook 1 minute longer.
    Add drained spinach and ham to sauce.
    Spread on top of cutlets.
    Cover with leftover crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
