Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, baked
    1/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut baked potatoes in half.
    Scoop out insides.
    Reserve shells.
    Beat potatoes and butter until creamy.
    Beat in milk. Stir in onion, salt and pepper.
    Spoon into reserved shells. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until heated through.
    Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
