Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless roast
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 onions
    1 small bag carrots
    1 large garlic
    3 large potatoes
    soy sauce
    1 c. mushroom soup
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Freeze roast, then shave thin.
    Cook meat until brown, then add all ingredients.
    Simmer until done.
    Stir often.
    Serve with rice.
