Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 or 15 potatoes, cut up
    3 onions, sliced
    1 container pimento cheese
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 cans milk (2 c.)
Preparation
    Put potatoes and onions in a baking dish.
    Mix in a bowl soup, milk and pimento cheese.
    Pour this over potatoes and onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
