Cooked Mayonnaise For Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour, sifted in
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook in top of double boiler and stir constantly.
    When thickened, take off and add salt and red pepper.
