Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    1 lb. sausage
    1 onion
    2 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    1 brick Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake pie crust until it is lightly brown.
    Cool.
    Brown sausage and onion.
    Drain and put in pie shell.
    Mix eggs and half and half together and pour over onion and sausage.
    Put grated cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
