Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb bulk pork sausage, browned and crumbled
3/4 C finely chopped onion
1 1/2 C chopped celery
1 C margarine (substitute sausage drippings for part)
8 C soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp dried sage
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation

Cook and stir onion and celery in margarine in 10 inch skillet until onion is tender. Stir in about 1/3 of the bread cubes. Turn into deep bowl. Add remaining ingredients, toss. Stuff turkey just before roasting.
