Mexican Casserole - Weight Watchers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can pinto beans (drain 1/2 juice off)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    8 (1 oz.) 98% fat-free flour tortillas, cut in half
    1 oz. fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Brown ground chuck and onion (drain, rinse off and pat dry with paper towel). Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning and water. Heat all together with ground chuck. Spray the bottom of a baking dish and layer half of the tortillas on the bottom. Top with half of the meat mixture, then half of the cheese. Repeat all layers once more, ending with cheese. Bake approximately 30 minutes. Yields 8 servings; 4.5 points per serving.
