Crab Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat or 4 small cans
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of garlic salt
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thoroughly mix everything but crab and cheese.
Stir in crab meat and 1/2 of the cheese.
Put in greased casserole dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with remaining cheese and return to oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes. Spread on Ritz crackers to eat.
Yields 25 to 35 appetizer servings.
