Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/4-1/2 lb margarine
    1/2 c chopped parsley or 2 T parsley flakes
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    1/2 t garlic powder
    1/4 t basil
    1/4 t oregano leaves
    2 eggs, beaten
    8 oz mozzarella or muenster cheese, grated
    8 oz pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
    2 t mustard
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and onion in margarine for about 10 minutes. Stir in parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano. Combine eggs with cheese and stir into zucchini mixture.
