Quick Jam Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    3 oz. cream cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    jam
Preparation
    Cut cream cheese and butter into biscuit mix.
    Add milk and mix thoroughly.
    Knead dough.
    Roll out to size of cookie sheet. Grease pan and invert dough onto pan.
    Slit 1-inch strips 1/4 of the way into the center on both long sides of dough.
    Spread jam on center 1/2 of dough.
    Fold slitted dough into center.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Drizzle with icing after it has cooled. Slice along slits and down the center.
