Tuna Vegetable Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 can tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 c. crumbled crackers
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower and cook with carrots until tender-crisp. Drain.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Combine onion, soup, milk and tuna.
    Mix well.
    Place cauliflower and carrots in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour soup mixture over and top with crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
