Sunset Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. canned crushed pineapple in juice
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. coarsely grated carrots
Preparation
    Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Chill until thickened, then stir and pour into 6-cup mold or 10 individual molds.
    Serve with crisp greens and mayonnaise.
    Makes 10 servings.
