Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ripe bananas, cut fine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream bananas, eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together until smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, blending just until all ingredients are moistened.
    Do not overmix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
