Banana Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. bananas, diced
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/3 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Stir; do not beat.
Bake in well-greased and floured pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
(Test with toothpick.)
Bake in 3 loaf pans.
Will freeze well.
