Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    5 eggs
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. lemon flavor
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar, butter and eggs.
    Add milk and flour. Mix; add salt, baking powder and flavoring.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
