Strawberry Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 large Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat pineapple to boiling; add jello and mix well.
    Let cool slightly.
    Add Cool Whip, buttermilk and nuts; mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill until set.
