Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix milk and flour and set aside.
    Bring tomatoes, water, sugar and salt to a boil in a saucepan.
    Add milk and flour mixture to tomatoes; stir constantly until thickened.
    Add butter, remove from heat and serve.
    This is great served over meat loaf.
