Sausage And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground sausage (mild or hot)
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 (9-inch) deep pie crust (fork indent)
Preparation
    Fry sausage; drain.
    Mix flour with sausage and place in bottom of pie crust.
    Beat eggs, milk, cheese, salt and pepper together and pour over sausage.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
