Banana Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg whites
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 c. skim milk
1/3 c. Karo corn syrup
Preparation

Spray 12 (2 1/2 inch) muffin cups with Mazola no stick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In large bowl, using fork or wire whisk, beat egg whites lightly.
Stir in mashed bananas, milk and corn syrup.
Add flour mixture, stir until well blended.
Spoon into muffin cups.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 22 to 25 minutes or until firm to touch.
Cool in pan 5 minutes, then remove and cool on wire rack.
