Open-Face Beef Tenderloin Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 center cut beef tenderloin (about 2 1/4 lb.)
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 loaves Italian bread, sliced
Dilled Mustard Sauce
Spicy Sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to very hot, 450\u00b0.
Rub beef with oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place on rack in roasting pan.
Roast in preheated very hot oven at 450\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 130\u00b0 for medium-rare.
Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into thin slices and serve on Italian bread slices with Dilled Mustard Sauce and/or Spicy Sauce.
