Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix (Hidden Valley)
    3/4 c. chopped broccoli
    3/4 c. chopped cauliflower
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. tomato skins (peeled off outside of tomatoes)
    3/4 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Unroll crescents and place in rectangular shaped pan.
    Pinch seams to close.
    Spread dough to fill entire pan.
    Bake according to package directions.
