Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb.) can sliced peaches in syrup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole, spreading the butter on bottom and sides of dish.
Combine Bisquick and sugar.
Mix milk and vanilla, then add to dry mixture.
Stir until blended.
Pour into the buttered dish.
Do not stir.
Pour peaches and the syrup over the top.
Do not stir. Bake about 45 minutes.
Serve warm and top with vanilla ice cream.
