Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 to 3 lbs bananas, slice
    1/2 c. broken pecan pieces
    1 jar Royal Anne Cherries, pitted
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large container sour cream
    2 to 3 drops red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into mold and freeze. Unmold about 20 to 25 minutes before serving and serve on lettuce leaves. This is a very good salad to serve during the Holidays.
