Fast Double Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. banana cake mix
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 ripe bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; tilt to cover bottom.
    Put remaining ingredients into pan; stir with a fork or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes).
    Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until tooth pick inserted into center comes clean.
    Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
    Serve directly from pan.
    Store loosely covered.
