Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 large potatoes
butter
salt and pepper
16 oz. can string beans
1 tsp. flour
4 pork chops
Preparation

Slice potatoes into bite size pieces and layer into casserole dish or baking pan.
Dot liberally with butter.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Now layer string beans on top.
(Pour juice from can around edges so as not to wash salt and pepper away from potatoes.)
Sprinkle string beans with 1 teaspoon of flour.
Layer pork chops on top and salt and pepper to taste.
Cover with lid or tightly seal with foil.
Bake approximately 45 minutes or until pork chops are done and potatoes are fork-tender.
Uncover and bake about 10 minutes to brown chops, if desired.
