Buttered Carrots And Green Pepper Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced into thin coins (approximately 1 1/2 c.)
    1 green pepper, cut in julienne strips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook carrots in 1 inch boiling salted water in covered 2-quart saucepan for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
    Add green pepper during last 2 minutes of cooking.
    Drain, toss with butter and cheese.
