Low-Fat Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. soy flour
    1/2 c. sugar *
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    2/3 c. powdered milk
    2 2/3 c. water *
    2 egg whites
    1 large mashed ripe banana
    2 c. white flour
    4 to 5 c. white flour
Preparation
    *Apple juice may be substituted instead of sugar and water.
